Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services or making a payment.
1. Service Cancellation by Client
Since our work involves significant planning, manpower allocation, and material procurement, the following cancellation terms apply:

- Before Work Commences:

- If a cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled project start date, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, minus a processing fee of 50% to cover administrative costs.

- If a cancellation is made less than 3 days before the start date, the deposit is non-refundable to cover the cost of reserved labor and logistics.

- Once work has commenced or materials have been delivered to the site, no refunds will be issued for the initial deposit or progress payments already made.

- The client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, as well as the cost of any materials ordered that cannot be returned to suppliers.

2. Refund on Materials & Equipment

- Custom Orders: Any materials specifically ordered or custom-fabricated for your project (e.g., custom solar configurations, specific HVAC units, or structural steel) are non-refundable once the order has been placed with our suppliers.

- Standard Items: Refund requests for standard, unused materials are subject to the return policies of our suppliers and may incur a restocking fee of 7%.
3. Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Clients may request to reschedule a service (e.g., air conditioning maintenance or site visit) with at least 48 hours’ notice.

- Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of RM [Amount].
4. Cancellation by Maka Anugerah Sdn. Bhd.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or significantly delay a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety hazards, or manpower shortage):

- We will notify you as soon as possible.

- We will offer the next available slot for rescheduling.

- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of any deposit paid for that specific service will be processed within 7-14 business days.
5. Defective Workmanship (Warranty)
We stand by the quality of our work. If you believe there is a defect in the workmanship provided:

- You must notify us within 30 days of project completion.

- We will inspect the issue, and if it is determined to be a result of our error, we will perform rectification works at no additional cost. Refunds are generally not provided in lieu of rectification unless agreed upon by management.
