At Maka Anugerah Sdn. Bhd., we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of materials and equipment required to complete your project. This policy outlines the terms regarding the transportation of goods (e.g., solar panels, HVAC units, construction materials) to your designated site.
1. Service & Delivery Areas
We currently provide delivery and installation services primarily within Johor and neighboring states (Melaka / Negeri Sembilan), subject to project agreement.
- Primary Coverage: Batu Pahat, Johor Bahru, Muar, Kluang, and surrounding districts.
- Outstation Locations: Delivery to remote areas or outside Johor may incur additional logistics charges, which will be itemized in your official quotation.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Project Materials: Delivery of major equipment (e.g., Solar Inverters, AC Compressors) is scheduled to coincide with the project start date or specific installation phases.
- Delays: While we strive to adhere to the schedule, delivery times are subject to availability from manufacturers and weather conditions. We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance if a delivery must be rescheduled.
3. Site Access & Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery, the client is responsible for the following:
- Clear Access: Please ensure the delivery path (gate, driveway, loading bay) is clear of obstructions. Our trucks/vans require a minimum clearance width of 3 meters.
- Permits: If your site is in a gated community, condominium, or commercial building, you must obtain necessary entry permits for our vehicles and workers prior to the scheduled date.
- Safety: Please keep children and pets away from the unloading zone during delivery and installation.
4. Receiving & Inspection
- Upon arrival of materials (especially high-value items like Solar Panels or Air Conditioning units), we generally require a client representative to be present.
- Visual Inspection: Please inspect the goods for any visible damage. If you notice significant damage (e.g., cracked panels, dented casing), inform our site supervisor immediately so we can arrange a replacement with the supplier.
- Once installed and commissioned, the equipment is covered under our Warranty Policy.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If our team arrives at the site and cannot access the premises due to locked gates, lack of permits, or the client’s absence (where required):
- The materials may be returned to our warehouse.
- A redelivery fee (based on location and vehicle type) may be charged to cover the wasted trip and logistics costs.
6. Self-Collection
Clients wishing to collect small spare parts or specific equipment from our office/warehouse in Batu Pahat must arrange an appointment with our admin team at least 1 working day in advance.
